A dusk-to-dawn curfew has been imposed on Apa ward of Ado Local Government Area of Benue State.
Our correspondent gathered that the local government’s authority imposed the curfew to curtail the crisis that followed the missing of nine persons last week.
It was gathered that some Apa youths were on the rampage early hours of Sunday and killed one person in retaliation.
The local government’s chairman, James Oche, told our correspondent that one person was killed by some youths in Apa council ward.
“We hereby, with immediate effect, declare an unconditional curfew within Apa Ward from the hours of 6pm to 6am till further notice,” he said.
